Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include: Responsible for effectively leading cross-functional capture teams of capture manager, consultants, support staff, SMEs and industry partners. Lead the development of new business and strategic partnerships against Federal Civilian and DoD accounts and increased Integral Federal’s customer base by identifying, qualifying and executing a new business opportunity pipeline across the complete portfolio of services, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), integrated security and operations & maintenance. Lead the development of qualified opportunities though the entire capture and proposal planning phases with significant engagement throughout proposal development and post-submittal. This included analyzing opportunity requirements (DRFP/RFP/PWS), developing and writing responses to RFIs, building capture and proposal strategies, negotiating teaming agreements and preparing and presenting gate reviews with thorough win strategies.• Develop capture strategy and tactics to produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture.• Develop clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.• Understand the customer marketplace, stakeholder customer organizations and budgets to identify market drivers and trends and develop strategies.• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program capture.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships.• Guiding proposal development including managing process, writing proposal responses and developing pricing to deliver compelling and compliant proposals.• Support the fiscal management of capture budgets, to include resource prioritization.
