As owner and lead on the Kibble Design System, I work with designers and engineers to embed brand guidelines, accessibility practices, and quality into multiple products and brands within the Vetsource umbrella including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products. My goal is to partner closely with key orgs to round out their components and processes both within Figma as well as within front-end code, and bring people closer together through front-end work. As part of a foundational Design System team, I\'ve written documentation, designed components, coded components, driven adoption with multiple product teams, and grown the resources of team Kibble to increase design and development parity, and lay the groundwork that empower designers to up-level the design language in our products.
