I review job coaching and VR documentation for accuracy and quality, conduct on-site visits while services are being delivered, and follow up on any incidents or concerns reported by Job Developers.I lead weekly team meetings to review progress, identify barriers, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes. I attend VR referral meetings to secure quality job leads and keep Job Developers fully engaged. I build and maintain strong relationships with VR Counselors and partner agencies, collaborate with office staff on decisions that impact client outcomes and team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Oregon Administrative Rules.
