Mr. Edwards is a professional engineer (NV, WY, and CO) who has been with VTN for over 22 years and has over 25 years experience in Southern Nevada. Mr. Edwards worked for VTN from Sept of 1990 till October of 1994 before working at other companies and he returned to VTN in May of 1997. Mr. Edwards has obtained the title of Principal with VTN Nevada and is a project manager for the Development Team. Additionally, Mr. Edwards has obtained certification as a LEED AP. Mr. Edwards has served on the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Offsite and Utilities Committee for over 10 years having extensive experience in coordination with utilities and clients including CCWRD, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson, LVVWD and other dry utilities. Mr. Edwards has worked on projects requiring solutions for high ground water including Fairfax Village and Weston Hills. Weston Hills included contaminants which required extensive coordination with the BOR, EPA, Army Corp of Engineers and local jurisdictions due to the proximity to the Las Vegas Wash.
