Provide debt and equity solutions for PNC Community Development Banking in northern Ohio based in Cleveland. Specific focus is given to loans and investments that position PNC Community Development Banking to provide accessible, creative and affordable banking services focusing on low and moderate income consumers and communities, community development corporations, non-profit organizations, for-profit real estate developers, real estate and small business loan funds and private equity funds. David has provided financing for affordable housing, construction / perm loans in New Markets Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit projects, loans and investments in Opportunity Zone projects, note purchase investments, capital campaign bridge loans, and investments in real estate equity funds, small business loan funds, and early stage private equity funds focused on small businesses. David currently manages a portfolio of community development loans and investments for PNC in northern Ohio and over his career has participated in projects with total development costs exceeding $1 billion.Previously David was the CRA Manager for Northwest Ohio (Toledo) and Northeast Indiana (Ft. Wayne), as well as Executive Director for National City Community Development Corporation (predecessor bank) for Northwest Ohio. In addition, David facilitated the bank’s outreach efforts in low and moderate income communities and spearheaded bank foreclosure prevention and mitigation efforts in these communities through foreclosure prevention grant support and partnerships with housing counseling agencies.
