Most recently at Forecast 3D (GKN Additive), I led software development strategy and implementation on critical business systems including ERP, CRM, automated quoting tools, and manufacturing execution. Originally starting as customer-facing project manager in 2018, I took on more responsibility over time and utilized my technical and analytical skills to impact the business in several ways. For example, in 2020 I took on ownership of pricing strategies, which included compiling and analyzing market research and automating testing of large amounts of data for profit optimization, as well as automating pricing for customers to improve quote conversions and efficiency. I was also responsible for setting and implementing software strategy for internal tools like our home-grown ERP system. The first 4 years of my career were spent at the global aerospace supplier Meggitt in a variety of engineering roles across 5 manufacturing sites through their engineering rotation program. Through one R&D project, our team was able to co-write a patent for novel methods in metal 3D printing post-processing. In addition to additive manufacturing research, I spent time in operations as a manufacturing engineer on multiple projects, including a carbon-fiber engine component program.
