   My full time duties here have ended. There are still some ongoing issues which I have been attending to on a part time basis. These include monthly financial reporting, audits by various taxing authorities and tax return preparation. Over the years I have aided in the growth, day over day management and finally the wind down of the business. SMW was a self clearing, derivatives trading firm clearing as many as 40 million contracts in a year. It was registered as a Futures Commission Merchant. The firm also handled a significant number of local traders on various exchanges. The firm established a solid reputation as a compliant, professional trading firm with a history of risk controlled profitability. Specialties included both commodities and securities options arbitrage, futures scalping, futures spreading and cash commodity transactions.
