Having started my construction career as an Assistant Site Manager and working my way up to senior management level, I have extensive experience of all aspects of the construction process. My background includes the management and delivery of build programs, budgeting, contractual management, health and safety compliance, helping to maintain customer service excellence as well as talent retention and acquisition.Thanks to my technical experience, knowledge and understanding, I now work with organizations at all levels of the construction supply chain helping them find personnel with relevant specialist skills and the right cultural fit.
