Analyzed findings from the vulnerability management systems such as Nessus Professional by Tenable, DDI Frontline and InsightVM to solve vulnerabilities across the network. Identified various attributes from each vulnerability entry such as CVSSv3 score and category, to prioritize the re-mediation process. Employed advanced features with the InsightVM system such as project creation to track vulnerabilities with the in-use ticketing system and set up an orchestration server to patch vulnerabilities as soon as they are detected. Utilized the Metasploit Pro system in tandem with InsightVM, to import all scanned vulnerabilities and tested machines to validate their effectiveness against assets. Implemented the Logrhythm Security Information Event Manager and InsightIDR Cloud SIEM, to find security incidents and system issues on workstations and servers. Deployed the Cisco Identity Services Engine to information assets on the network to secure their access ports from internal hackers and to gain useful vulnerability and potentially unauthorized access information from workstations. Administered the Centrify Privileged Access Management Service and the Audit Monitoring server to record all activity across the Server network. Improved the security operations by utilizing the help desk software, ServiceNow which has multiple features such as Service Request Categories for the quick creation of Security Audit Tickets to show the tasks needed to re-mediate critical and below vulnerabilities.
