About David Dull
After over 15 years as a maritime platform and capability user, I became a “super user” while leading an aircraft carrier based aviation squadron. I translated that experience into expertise as an executive and leader in guiding a larger naval user community in defining and detailing their future operational requirements, balanced against comprehensive long term defense requirements and resourcing. I’ve subsequently led forums and discussions with stakeholders at every level of the Department of Defense, Navy, acquisition community, and industry in continuing to provide world-class capability to Navy fleet users now and through the next decade-Maritime and aviation professional with over 25 years leading organizations and planning, designing, and operating capabilities within the Department of Defense, the US Navy, and the Naval Aviation Enterprise-A foundation of technical excellence achieved through multiples operational tours, instructor experience, and positions focused on aviation, systems integration, and maritime employment-Broad knowledge of Department of Defense systems, budgets, and investment strategies and challenges, with the ability to understand and translate government requirements.As a leader, I believe in developing an organizational culture that prioritizes Leadership, Excellence, and Integrity, and I strive to surround myself with people who are driven by similar principles.
