David DraytonCIC, LICDave has nearly 39 years of risk-management, insurance operations, and sales experience. He has been with the agency since 1981 and is an owner and Principal in the organization.Dave is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in marketing. He has held the Certified Insurance Counselor and Licensed Insurance Counselor designations for more than 30 years.Dave developed the insurance specifications and requirements for the state of Michigan when it privatized the Anthrax vaccine operations in Lansing, Mich. Dave has worked with various organizations in developing their risk management programs and implementing alternative risk financing methods.Dave has been involved in several professional and community organizations and served on the board of directors for Spartan Oil Company, American Red Cross, Ebersole Center, DeWitt Public Schools and currently on the boards of St. Vincent\'s Catholic Charities, Holy Cross Services, and the Spiritual Director of the St. Vincent De Paul Society, Lansing, Council. Dave was ordained as a Deacon in the Catholic Church in May of 2015 and is currently assigned to the St. Thomas Aquinas & St. Johns Catholic parish in East Lansing, MI.Specialties: Manufacturing, property management, cyber, crime, technology, transportation, contractors, various non-profit associations, workers\' compensation, group health insurance, and captive insurance programs.
