ABOUT DAVID DIFRANCESCOMARINO
David Difrancescomarino has over four years of experience in entrepreneurship and energy transition consulting. He has led teams of up to 15 people and managed high-impact projects focused on clean gases, energy technology commercialization, industrial decarbonization, and energy systems transformation.David delivers energy system modeling projects across Canada and Europe, conducts due diligence on hydrogen and derivatives projects, and has supported major infrastructure funding program efforts—including the $8 billion U.S. Department of Energy hydrogen hub program. He spearheaded hydrogen business development and new market creation at Guidehouse Canada, and has worked closely with gas and electricity utilities to shape long-term decarbonization strategies.Also passionate about the development space, he leads a cross-national project within the Global Shapers Community called the Shapers Development Agency. The project potentiates grassroots development projects worldwide through capacity building and financing required to create lasting impact, by leveraging the vast geographic diversity, skillsets, and community presence inherent to the Global Shapers community.
