Advising Fellow Leadership Team @Matriculate

As an Advising Fellow for Matriculate, I counseled high-achieving, first-generation, and low-income students throughout the college application and financial aid process. As a member of the Advising Fellowship Leadership Team, my responsibilities also include:• Recruiting and training new Advising Fellows to expand Princeton\'s Matriculate community.• Organizing campus outreach programs and events to boost reach.• Developing advising materials to improve effectiveness and accessibility.• Facilitating and planning team meetings, delegating tasks, and organizing in-person logistics.• Fostering collaboration between the fellows to offer individualized, high-quality support to students.Through this experience, I am learning the ins and outs of project management, mentorship, and leadership skills, while also advancing Matriculate\'s mission of expanding college access.
