Working in the Behavioral Sector requires incredible amounts of understanding and realistic expectations of what each day may bring. I have learned a tremendous amount during my time at Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire and Kingwood Pines Hospital. The staff at both facilities have enormous hearts of compassion and the executive team I work with really do care for our patients with grace and compassion. I work to keep them supported and do my level best to support the Plant Operations and EVS Teams. We stay focused on keeping safe and delivering what the staff and patients need to keep the healing moving in the right direction.
