Serving mainly as Funcational Analyst and Solution Architect. • Lead configuration requirement workshops, gathering requirements and assisting in configuration. • Provide support for validation and migration activities, and identifying the appropriate validation testing strategy.• Provide train the trainer classes prior to go live.• Serve as Vault Training SME, developing more efficient Vault Training implementation methodology, answering technical questions about the application, helping to solution certain requirements raised by customers, and providing real world examples to use during workshops for the less experienced.• Serve as the Vault Training customization approver representing Services.• Partner with other consultant to fulfill the role of Vault Training Global Domain Lead in the absence of the role – ensure all tools are up to date and readily available, help other employees understand upcoming release features and the impact it has on configuration/implementations, ensure any configured features are packaged and readily available for other consultants to use with their customers.
