ABOUT DAVID DENTON

I firmly believe that an effective Quality team will quality assure the product, their development teams, and the overall company. To achieve quality for the end-users, enabling test (automated or manual) and the culture that supports it requires understanding the user, creating tools to enable efficient development and emulation of the user, and driving culture change on a team-wide and systemic-level for smoother and repeatable development practices. You do this through listening to the people on your teams closest to the product, first and foremost, then by working to ensure the continued growth, challenge, trust, and support for those individuals.My goal is to rejoin the game industry to help drive those repeatable practices across established and new teams alike, while hitting product deadlines with high accuracy and empathy. I am looking for a team of people who feel supported or are actively seeking support, leaders who believe in the value of quality and want to work towards it always, and for folks who want to feel good about the work they\'re doing and their ability to do it well.
