Over the years I have been privileged to work with some amazing people all of which have molded me into the professional I am today. I strongly believe that when a person is given an opportunity, it is his/her responsibility to make the best of it. As a Manager of people I feel the ability to ask questions is a strong quality that can produce greater insights and appropriate outcomes. I strongly believe that this mindset builds trust among team members and fosters the real meaning of team as members show there venerability and offer help to there fellow coworkers. With that said, engaging with employees is the strong arm of an organization, in order to recognize strengths, weaknesses and where improvements can be made. In addition, sustainable growth and long term profitability is the name of the game. As a leader I realize that by developing myself, I inadvertently develop those around me, allowing them to maximize their full potential.
