Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I am a bioinformatician who develops web tools and coding packages for the statistical analyses of multi-omics data. I have a background in biology, computer science, statistics, and chemistry. My interests include bulk and spatial omics (from identification through biological interpretation) applied to environmental and human health problems. Extensions of that research include using AI to mine literature and process biological images. I also teach bioinformatics at the graduate, undergraduate, and high school levels.
