I hold a Builder\'s license for residential and commercial construction. I do ground up building, extensive remodeling, additions and insurance restoration work. I invest in properties that can be renovated to rent or sell. My experience includes obtaining, planning and developing raw land and turning it into residential housing. I have overseen the installation of water, sewer and paved roadways including working with local, state and DEHNR. I am always looking for like minded individuals to partner with for investments.
