Also, experienced with managing work during the operational and sustaining engineering phase for ECLS hardware and software.• Experienced Team Leader/Project Manager with very good communication and interpersonal skills. Also, a very good team player.• Experienced problem solver with strong organizational skills. Have experience with using Risk Management tools to help manage a Project. Have a very good understanding of how to perform failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and Hazard Reports. Also, have experience of performing a failure analysis to come up with the root cause for a failure.• Knowledgeable about Active Thermal Control Subsystem (ATCS) and Flight Crew Equipment (FCE) hardware and software. Also, have an understanding of Ascent/Entry Suit and Crew Survival hardware too.
