ABOUT DAVID VAZ
I am a third-year medical student with a strong passion for teaching and education, as well as a profound interest in 2SLGBTQ+ health and the sociology of healthcare. Guided by a belief in the transformative power of education, I have gained over 7 years of teaching/tutoring experience. My clinical interests revolve around advocating for LGBTQ+ health, working towards dismantling barriers and promoting inclusivity in healthcare. Concurrently, I am deeply fascinated by the intersection of sociology and healthcare, and I aim to contribute to research that enhances healthcare delivery and addresses social determinants of health.
