Since have been actively involved in the care of patients with Movement Disorders, especially Parkinson\'s Disease (PD), Dystonia, and Tremors.TREATMENT MODALITY TOXIN (Botox, Myobloc, or Xeomin) For the treatment of-Focal Dystonias, including: Cervical Dystonia (Spasmodic Torticollis); Limb Dystonia (Writer\'s Cramp); Musician\'s Dystonia (Facial and Fingers); Blepharospasm; Meige Syndrome; etc-Task-specific/Dystonic Tremors-Hemifacial Spasm-Limb Spasticity (from Cerebral Palsy or perinatal/birth injury, Stroke, or any other severe injury to the brain or spinal cord)-Sialorrhea (Excessive Drooling) from Neurologic Conditions, i.e. PD, ALS, etc-Chronic Migraines refractory to oral BRAIN STIMULATION Evaluation for DBS surgery and programming for-Parkinson\'s Disease (PD) no longer stable on medications-Tremors refractory to oral medications, i.e. Essential Tremor, PD, etc-Dystonia, generalized and focal refractory to oral medications-Severe Tourette\'s Syndrome inadequately controlled with multiple oral Rational use of ALL Modalities for Treatment of ALL Symptoms and Relief of symptoms, NOT \"just\" motor symptoms NEED to be treated-SLEEP DISORDERS, including insomnia and daytime hypersomnolence-AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION, including Orthostatic Drops in Blood Pressure and loss of Urinary Bladder Control-Chronic Pain-Most all Movement Disorders patients also have PSYCHIATRIC CO-MORBIDITIES, including-Depression and/or Anxiety-Psychoses (Delusions and Hallucinations) need to be treated TOGETHER WITH, NOT at the expense of motor control-Impulse Control symptoms;THERAPIES NEED to anticipate and plan for THE LONG TERM, NOT \"just\" the next 1-2yrs-i.e. Most PD patients will live 15+ years with their illness!
