Managing Partner at Broadway Enterprises and Broadway Realty. Our organizations manage multiple Hertz Rental Car franchises and currently have several multi-family development projects underway. Previously I operated multiple automobile dealerships, including the largest Ford and Chevrolet dealerships in the state of Wisconsin. My core competencies include acquisitions, construction, business development, team building, and marketing strategy. We endeavor to build on the Broadway legacy that began in 1916. As the Broadway legacy moves forward, we will grow through hard work, integrity, and innovation. I am passionate about the service industry and its potential to create value, convenience, and joy for people and communities.

   I am a Managing Partner along with my brother Michael Cuene of Broadway Enterprises. The company was founded in 1916 in De Pere, Wisconsin and is comprised of automobile dealerships representing Ford, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, VW, Hyundai and Genesis along with Hertz Rental Franchises. For 106 years Broadway has grown not only in size but in the opportunities we provide our Team and our community.Our parents and theirs before, were hard working folks that surrounded themselves with talented people, and let them do what talented people do best!Like the Green Bay Packers, we train and practice to ensuring the Broadway playbook is well learned and executed to the very best of our combined abilities.
