As a Visiting Chair supporting the School of Life and Medical Sciences, my primary responsibility is to foster and develop joint research initiatives related to CBRN. Initiating and developing collaborative research projects that leverage the international expertise and resources of both Cranfield University and the UoH PPE testing facility.This role is pivotal in advancing research that can have significant implications for public safety, military defence, and emergency response, particularly in areas related to CBRN threats. The collaboration between Cranfield University and the University of Hertfordshire is likely to produce impactful research that could inform both academic understanding and practical applications in the field.
