My name is David Crandall, and I\'m a senior web engineering manager with 15+ years experience in web development, engineering, and marketing, and 6+ years leading web engineering. I carry a very diverse set of skills in my toolbelt, and I use these skills to deliver high quality, high performing products. As someone who has experience in UI design, development, and engineering management, I understand the full scope of the creative and web development & engineering processes. Much of my career has been spent leading A/B testing initiatives to rapidly grow key business metrics. As a manager, I\'ve combined my expertise in UI, UX, Web Development, and data analysis, spearheading projects in optimization, bringing immediate and incremental YoY revenue and acquisition growth for businesses.Growing into a management position was a turning point in my career.
