AJC Homes builds exceptional affordable homes.Our business was founded with one clear vision; to be the leading builder of affordable housing across the Wessex Region; delivering homes of exceptional quality on time and to budget on behalf of and in collaboration with housing associations, local authorities and charities. Our aim is to deliver lasting change, transforming lives and landscapes through partnerships that build vibrant affordable homes and sustainable communities. Our ambitious development programme will see us grow to deliver new homes across the region between 2020 and 2030 through land acquisition, brownfield regeneration, strategic land promotion and delivery on behalf of registered providers and local authorities.
