I`ve been an RN for over 25 years. My initial entry was through acute Psychiatric Nursing, then Surgical and Step Down Nursing on a Renal Transplant Cardiovascular Unit. Since then I`ve been an RN Case Manager with over 22 years of experience in this area. and Nursing Supervisor. My experience is specifically Home Care, Nursing Supervision, and Nursing Educator. My Passion is in providing the best possible care to patients while being a compassionate advocate for their healthcare needs. As a Nursing Educator I get to help guide nursing students in their efforts to become a good Nurse. I thoroughly enjoy my career as an RN. This is what i`m good at. Presently I work as a COVID -19 Vaccine RN and RN Case Manager-in HomeCare. They say that our destiny is based upon the choices we make in life. I believe this to be true. Team work is at the heart of good healthcare practices, and I must admit that I am a team player. My future plans are to continue to develop as an RN- professionally, while providing the best possible compassionate care to the patients that I come in contact with. and walk with the Nursing students that I teach and assist in becoming good Nurses in our field.
