   Strategic Sourcing – Warehouses, Distribution, and Fleet • Identified, crafted, and issued various core RFPs for the planning, construction, and operation of the Red Bull Lagerhaus facility. • Directed negotiation with vendors for advantageous pricing, aggressive delivery timelines, and contingency planning. • Developed strategic sourcing plans with help across Legal, Finance, Operations, and PMO organizations. Strategic Sourcing – Marketing, Events, and Media • Standardized an event RFP template that addresses costs, improves legal protection, and explores supplier diversity. Enables uniform submissions and cost comparisons across national, regional, and local events. • Developed strategies for specific Sports Marketing suppliers to ensure a multi-year pipeline of successful events. Strategic Sourcing – Business Services • Promoted value opportunities for Human Resources RFPs in topics including immigration, relocation, and security consulting. Strategic Sourcing - Travel • Managed the Red Bull North America Travel Program (2,500+ employees across 5+ companies), including the management of our Travel Management Company (TMC) Altour. • Contributed to the Travel and Entertainment policy and drove travel-related projects from outlining/inception, through stakeholder alignment, all the way through implementation. • Led the transition away from our old TMC in 2016 which included a full policy build-out in Concur. • • Led strategic sourcing initiatives for all yearly agreements with hotels and rental car companies in-person by combining performance data, sales volume and market conditions to drive savings, convenience and partnership between Red Bull and hotel properties. • Recognized savings opportunities during the Covid-19 pandemic including airline ticketing refunds.
