As executive vice president of Banking, I lead an outstanding team that provides sound advice, breadth of expertise and excellent service. We bring the strength of being the largest privately-held bank in the United States to work for our clients’ benefit. We have the distinct privilege to help bring their plans and goals to fruition.Simon Sinek, one of my favorite authors and speakers, is known to say, “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it”. Another favorite author, John C. Maxwell, says, “Leadership is not about titles, positions or flow charts. It is about one life influencing another”. It would be a great compliment to me if people observed elements of these quotes in action through my work at FNBO. I believe banking is a noble profession with a responsibility to serve our community along with the businesses and families within them. The impact of this work is what inspires and motivates me to do well each and every day.I’m passionate about supporting the community and have been involved on a number of boards including the Children’s Nebraska, Greater Omaha Chamber, Omaha Children’s Museum, Omaha Symphony, Madonna School, JDRF, the DREAM Foundation and the Westside Schools Bond Oversight committee.Outside of work, you’re most likely to find me cheering on my beloved alma mater, TCU, and spending time with my wife and three kids. The best moments are when these two passions are combined! In addition, I enjoy playing golf and love supporting the arts.
