About David Coons
Working with the business, operations, and sales teams, I provide daily advice to all divisions of Shelton Services. My responsibilities include negotiating contracts, developing policies and procedures, and managing outside counsel. In addition to the traditional role of a General Counsel, my duties have included management of employee benefit plans, insurance procurement, and marketing. I also help identify, screen, and evaluate growth and investment opportunities for the company and its owner.WeCan is a leading distributor of occupational safety, industrial, and environmental supplies. This includes personal protective equipment (PPE) and spill control products by the most trusted manufacturers. With locations in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma, we help customers protect the daily health and safety of their people and surroundings.
