Having worked for tombola in a number of roles in I am now Product, Design and Development Manager with 18 team members with responsibility for two broad and highly impactful areas of the business:Research and Development: made up of game concept designers and illustrators the team is responsible for identifying game development opportunities, validation of ideas and development of concepts, mechanics and designs along with other key stakeholders for all games produced by tombola in all markets. Since taking over this multi disciplinary role in 2023 I have focussed on improving processes to improve the quality and quantity of game production.Product management: Product managers take over coordination of project teams once a game concept moves in to development and works on a game through this process including regulatory certification, working with marketing, compliance and other stakeholders, reporting and player feedback.I am incredibly proud of the impact my role has on the business and how I can use my skill set to improve processes, create effective strategies and motivate teams to deliver results that increase business value and player satisfaction.
