David Colman is the Founder & CEO of Acme Residential, a multifamily real estate acquisitions and property management firm that has owned and operated more than units across 110 properties in 14 states.Before establishing Acme, David was a member of BlackRock’s Product Specialist Group and previously worked within the firm’s Proprietary Alpha Strategies Group. He earned his BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.David serves on the Board of Acme Mills Company and is a Regional Advisory Board Member for Bank of Ann Arbor.
