My healthcare career began at SPHERE Investments, where we partner with physicians to monetize medical real estate assets. Within those 5 years, the platform scaled to more than $1 billion across MOBs, outpatient ASCs, specialty surgical hospitals, and post-acute facilities including IRFs and LTCHs. Supported by SPHERE Analytics, our data-driven approach enables trusted, long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and health systems, working alongside and advising on operational strategy and site-of-care decisions.More recently, I co-founded FinMD with the mission of improving physicians’ access to capital. FinMD deepens healthcare capital markets through a dual approach: a direct lending, vertically integrated platform that delivers tailored financial solutions to physicians and medical practices; and a fintech platform that equips banks and institutional lenders with specialized industry intelligence across the full lending lifecycle; from strategy and origination to structuring, underwriting, risk management, and portfolio optimization. FinMD increases the scale and efficiency of capital flowing into the healthcare ecosystem - unlocking opportunities for lenders and private credit investors alike.
