David Choate serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Alliant Transportation. Prior to joining Alliant, David served as Chief Administrative Officer for the transportation practice at a global insurance broker. David began his career practicing law at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP, Arkansas’s largest law firm, representing corporate and government clients in transactional and litigation matters.David holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law, along with the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).
