Register, evaluate and monitor HIV test sites in the four-county area assuring adequate distribution of sites that target high risk and priority populations. Provide contract management documentation to keep HIV test site MOUs and QI files up to date. Provide technical assistance and conduct QI visits for all test sites to ensure compliance with HIV counseling and testing laws and guidelines for the State of Florida. Ensure testing sites are adequately stocked with testing supplies based upon order requests. Encourage and evaluate local participation in National HIV Testing awareness events. Serve as the area expert regarding counseling and testing laws, guidelines, test site registrations and test site security issues. Conduct HIV 500/501 trainings and updates as needed to ensure that all registered test site counselors are up to date on training. Order and keep condoms adequately stocked and distribute to community organizations on request.
