   Lutheran Settlement House

   At Lutheran Settlement House (LSH), we serve over Philadelphians each year, including survivors of domestic violence, families experiencing homelessness, older adults, and people struggling with food insecurity. During my time as Executive Director, I have worked with our talented leadership team to expand our programs since COVID, including quadrupling the size of our food pantry and building our capacity to address a 30% increase in the demand for DV services. We have increased our annual fund and event revenue over 80% and added 100K through earned income, decreasing our reliance on government funding. And we have established a million-dollar endowment to secure the future sustainability of our work. While over 120 years old, we remain a dynamic organization that is responsive to the needs of our clients and community, creative and tenacious in our commitment to helping people break out of harmful cycles to live the lives that they choose for themselves.
