Responsible for the business management, end user services and cybersecurity services for the I&T division. This position is responsible for the overall business management function for the I&T division, delivery of front-line support services to ensure optimal customer experience is being delivered with the technology we are implementing, and delivery of an effective cybersecurity program to ensure the security of our applications, infrastructure and data. This role also supports the development of divisional strategies that meets the long-term business objectives of not only the I&T Division but contributes to the desired outcomes of the enterprise.
