Product Owner & Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a portfolio of multiple regulatory and screening products covering Indices / ETPs and Mutual Funds and Derivatives. Expanded our screening coverage to include Global Sanctions, and increased our brand recognition in the screening and sanctions space. Acted as the BA/SME dealing with highly complex customer queries, created designs and specifications for new products, and built POCs for products to facilitate a successful and innovative design process. Built a new Common Screening Framework, enabling the production of existing screening products and the implementation of new sanctions and screening whilst avoiding the need for additional development activity. Developed robust processes and clear documentation to ensure product launches were successful, quickly prioritised fixes, stability items and core re-development of the product to meet customer needs.
