   David is an Assurance Principal of the Financial Services Group in New York and has over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. He has a strong track record providing assurance services to broker-dealers, investment partnerships, registered funds and investment advisors. He also has broad-based experience consulting with investment funds on entity structuring, and he provides ongoing advice throughout the business and economic cycles on operational matters. His investment fund clients include funds and commodity pools covering a range of strategies, as well as domestic partnerships and offshore corporations of various structures (master-feeder, parallel funds, mini-master). David has extensive experience with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) filing requirements and other asset management industry matters.David has been a guest speaker at industry conferences and is an instructor for BDO’s Continuing Professional Education Programs. Prior to joining BDO, David spent 15 years in the Financial Services Group at a Big Four firm specializing in asset management.
