Nashville has afforded me the opportunity to serve in innovative ways:* Working with children (and their families) as a Board Member at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children\'s Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.* Becoming a founding member of an exciting new Charter middle school (Strive Collegiate Academy) committed to leadership and literacy for urban underserved middle school students.* Promoting the city of Nashville to large national sports venues as a Board Member of the Nashville Sports Council and Music City Bowl.* Teaching college students as an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University. The opportunity to explore the world has been a divine gift. I lived in Germany and France and have visited most of Europe, the Middle East, Western Asia, and Central America.
