ABOUT DAVID CALLAWAY
I am a Partner in Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP\'s White Collar Litigation & Investigations and Complex Commercial Litigation practices and a former federal prosecutor with over 30 years\' experience in criminal law and trial practice, including approximately 40 cases tried to a verdict in federal, state, and military courtrooms. I was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of California for nearly 20 years, completing my tenure as Chief of the Criminal Division. Before that I served as a Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County and in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General\'s Corps, where I was stationed in both Panama and Korea. At Glenn Agre, my focus is defending criminal cases in federal and state court, as well as regulatory matters brought by the SEC, CFTC, and other federal and state agencies, including False Claims Act and whistleblower claims. I also advise companies, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to tech startups, on a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation and internal investigations.
