A senior manager with extensive knowledge of the construction process based upon experience over thirty years. I am able to quickly understand the Client’s problems and establish secure personal relationships to give assurance that a high quality service is delivered.Over the past 35 years, I have acted for a number of major clients in giving strategic advice on project procurement and construction. This has covered forms of contract, appointments for warranties, as well as monitoring of projects in terms of programme, cost and quality. During the past 10 years I have been involved as technical advisor for a number of banks involved in major PFI schemes.Over the years I have been involved as Project Manager on a variety of schemes ranging from hospitals to shopping centres and has acted as Employer’s Agent on a number of design and build contracts. Within this role I have gained a wide experience of planning and development issues.I have also been responsible for the delivery of business plans and budgets up to £3m turnover and the development of a team of people up to 35 in number. This has also involved the development of new business opportunities and establishing new Client contacts.
