They include LNA, Medium Power & High Power Amplifiers (both GaAs and GaN), Frequency Synthesizers, Frequency Multipliers, Limiters, Attenuators, Switches, Mixers, Detectors, Waveguide Transtions, Millimeter-Wave Multi-Hole Directional Couplers, and subsystems.* Set up low cost RF and Microwave product line using soft-board and SMT components.* Established technical directions, new technologies, and new products for the company.* Project Manager/Team Leader: Directed engineering design/development and worked with Manufacturing, Accounting, Drafting and contractors to resolve technical issues.* Worked with Sale/Marketing in quotes to win new contracts and customer orders and in resolving technical issues with customers.* Worked closely with customers and helped obtaining multi-year multi-million-dollar orders and shipment records for Cernex, Inc (first time in the company\'s history).
