Who are the band members? Finding the right new band-mates. Do you have all the band gear to make it happen? You also need to think about the band legal issues that can come up such as how does your band split the revenue, finding and trade marking a band name, songwriter copyright ownership and many other things. Then it\'s time to find a band rehearsal studio either by the hour or your own monthly room to rent. Soon you will have to record songs and find a good recording studio.
