Broad responsibility for the credit union\'s fiscal operating results, including- Directing activities of the Finance Department to ensure all accounting practices are compliant with Credit Union statutes, rules and regulations, and Board policy- Counsel management on fiscal control and profitability - Lead ALCO Committee and direct interest rate risk management, funds management, and capital requirements planning - Direct the development and presentation of all fiscal reports, such as cost accounting, budgets, and regulatory agency and governmental reports - Work with Board Finance Committee, state examiners and independent auditors- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, provide overall strategic leadership to the organization
