I am responsible for helping to scale and optimize our global product organisation. I achieve this through driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and data driven decision making. The key focuses of my role are- Streamlining processes and workflows to accelerate time-to-market, and eliminating red tape- Managing and championing the product toolstack to improve efficiency and visibility, including expanding and driving the emerging AI solutions- Leading Product All-Hands, knowledge sharing, and enablement initiatives to empower PMs and drive operational alignment- Partnering with product leadership on strategic projects, including beta programs and scaling of product led initiatives- Using Analytics and experimentation insights to help make the Product team make smarted, faster commercially focused decisions My work ensures that Optimizely\'s product teams are able to deliver top-tier digital experiences faster, smarter, and with scalable methods, which will unlock value for both customers and the business.
