My current role is as a Product Owner at TP ICAP, where I operate within the Comms Surveillance space. In this capacity, I am responsible for delivering robust, enterprise-grade solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity within complex, high-stakes financial ecosystems.Prior to joining TP ICAP, I served as a Product Owner at Thrive.app, a SaaS company specialising in employee communication and engagement platforms. There, I managed the development and delivery of digital product enhancements and contributed to the strategic direction of our core platform. Transitioning into the RegTech space has allowed me to apply my experience in managing complex product roadmaps to the unique challenges of the financial sector.I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating the intersection of technical innovation and regulatory necessity. With a strong ability to leverage both technical knowledge and business acumen, I enjoy analysing the end-to-end customer journey and using data-driven insights to solve real-world business problems.I am also a freelance photographer. In this role, I work hard to deliver the highest standard of content for my clients, bringing a creative flair that enhances any work produced for them.
