Lead the accounting, tax, and treasury functions while supporting the business operations of a rapidly expanding company with global operations. • Manage the month end accounting, reporting and financial analysis processes (on a Company wide basis). Complete all Financial Consolidations. • Prepare for and support the annual audit cycle, including the management of statutory audits for our foreign subsidiaries. • Manage all treasury functions and banking relationships. Assist with lender reporting and communications. • Management of all transaction processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Establish standardized processes and procedures for the new department. • Participate in acquisition due diligence activities and lead the financial integration efforts. • Lead and drive new system implementation and refinement. Implement internal control procedures and improvements for the accounting system. • Responsible for planning, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators and cash flow management and analysis. • Work with outside Tax advisors to ensure proper tax filings (state, international, sales, VAT, and other) and to resolve tax issues.
