I run the risk consulting division for ACBB Advisory Services which was formed to assist financial institutions with industry best practices at a cost-effective price point with offices in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. We specialize in 1) Credit Services; Loan Review; credit underwriting; Problem Loan Workout; Strategic Planning; Policies and Procedures; Expert Witness; and M&A. and 2) Compliance Education; through Compliance Anchor; which offers insights into the most critical compliance issues facing community banks and can save you hundreds of hours reading and research.In 2006, I founded this consulting practice which became a division of ACBB in 2015. We are staffed by seasoned Bank professionals whose combined talent and experience can assist your financial institution’s management or Board in finding resolution to their most pressing concerns.
