Liberty has an active workforce of 1200 employees and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and recognized by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.In my role as the Associate VP for Human Resources, I am responsible for all Human Resources functions within Liberty Lutheran in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and organizational standards, including the development/ implementation of policies and procedures and supervision of the Human Resources staff. I act as the legal liaison in the HR arena, am responsible for the development and management of the corporate Job Classification and Compensation Administration Systems, and coordinate and execute the employee benefit programs in conjunction with the Director of Benefits.
